During my time at Gamar I worked on a few different projects. One of the first jobs I had was to create a dragon rig that would be optimised for Unity and for 3JS. 3JS is a 3D environment for web. One of the biggest issues we faced was figuring out how to reduce joint chains in the wings, but still enable enough control for the animator to create an effective piece of animation. The video shows the final joint setup that we ended up using.
